I don’t sleep in the truck anymore but have called in several times. Since the new chef started in April the food as vastly improved. Spot on.

Good home cooked food, a bit on the cold side if after 6pm but still good. Showers are a bit primative but do the job. One of my fave truckstops though!
Plenty of parking . Well lit for good security with a guard over night . Cafe is clean, but the food has a lot of improvement to do . Cold veg and stodgy mash along with roasties well past being done , the pie was ok . Showers are in a bad state , and outdated . Think at £16.80 parking , some of that needs to go back into improving this truckstop .
Good food, plenty of parking. Showers are an absolute disgrace. Dirty blocked extractor fan, showers not working properly, either no pressure or the shower Head will not stay in place and needs holding.
Felt compleat in my sleep on truck park security very seriously about what they do excel 5stars Food and very clean canteen had to eat in truck due to covert 19 but all excellent try it guys and girls it good
Don't bother going out of your way for a 45. Pulled up at 2:30pm, walked in. Barriers up across cafe entrance. "are you closed?" I asked the woman. "yes" "What are your opening times?" "on a Friday, 7 til 3" Check watch : 2:35.... "er, ok" Went to whitewood instead - must be desperate!
Good stop .I can park fridge trailer round the back, and not disturb other drivers .Good food aswell
How do I start... Well secure parking all cheap,good selection of food....However the only down side was food,, cold last night steak pie good but carrots and roast potatoes defo were not fresh had defo been cooked previous day again cold but hungry so all eating apart from veg,then onto breakfast and thinking early morning should be hot ...No Full Monty all just warm beans cold sausage ok bacon cold etc etc etc don't think I will be returning in near future sorry York but dish out hot food then it would be perfect.....
Lots of space for parking staff are pleasant and the place is clean I wouldn't recommend the food though pretty bland and overpriced cakes from the counter taste like they've been sitting for a while
