sometimes the times are fine but a lot of the time they leave early when you’re literally at the building just about to get on so you miss it. This happens to me really often and I’ve stopped using the bus as much. Too unreliable for people using it for work and university when you have to be in town for a specific time rather than just going shopping
Excellent service. Friendly driver, on our journeys anyway. Good timetable, didn’t wait 5 minutes on outbound journey, and about 8 minutes for return. Stops right at The Shambles. Good price too. We paid £10 for a family ticket which gave us access to all day travel, and included the parking. Good stuff.
Excellent facility, easy access, lots of parking, good signage and clearly laid out and marked. Reasonable price to park as well, it's a no brainer using it.
Appalling service - twice we have been left waiting for late buses, 45 mins wait, the screen listed 4 buses with times that didn't arrive
Great to park and be taken into York. Saves a lot of hassle. Well worth the fare it's cheap.
The obvious choice if your going into York city centre. Only £3:50 return for the whole day against up to £14 in some car park plus if you have a elderly persons bus pass it's only £1:20.
Great value. Frequent bus service into York final stop opposite York station so no stressing over city parking and costs. Plenty of spaces and good toilet facilities.
Ample parking, easy to find. No long wait for a bus to York centre.
Used the charger at the park and ride area, great choice and certainly puts other in the shade.
