Paula's Tuesday evening online class has been one of the highlights of my week in the time of Covid, and was even better in the studio in the few times that has been possible for me so far. Thanks and keep it up

I've been attending classes for older people for the past eleven years with Pól and Paula and that speaks for itself. My flexibility has been transformed. Both are inventive and responsive teachers and their studio is a welcoming and warm environment.

I've practiced with many teachers over the years but Paula is my absolute favourite. Her classes are welcoming, thoughfully sequenced and she offers modifications to make classes suitable for a wide range of abilities. Despite having attended her classes for sometime I'm always learning something new.

The yoga studio and teachers are amazing and put together they give a lovely experience, so much more than a regular yoga class! I feel the love
