I thoroughly recommend the beginners class with Pol. I have tried yoga twice before and gave up on each occasion because I found it difficult to follow the instructor and felt out of my depth. Finding Pol’s classes has been a brilliant stroke of luck and I have been going every week for several months now - it’s one of the highlights of my week and I really feel the difference physically and mentally. Pol gives clear instructions and always explains the benefit of the yoga positions he is teaching us. He makes sure everyone has the support they need and helps them with adjustments according to their flexibility levels or any physical restrictions. There’s always a great balance of exertion with relaxation as well as a positive and uplifting attitude from Pol that ensures I leave the class in a better frame of mind than I entered it. Would recommend to anyone.
Having attended a number of yoga classes/studio over the years, I can’t think of any where I’ve felt more welcome than at Yoga Meditation Healing. I’ve regularly attended Paula’s Wednesday night classes and aside from the fabulous classes, one of the things that keeps me coming back is how welcoming and friendly Paula is, which paired with the easygoing relaxed vibe of the studio, makes it so easy to quickly melt into the yoga headspace and really get the most out of the class! Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Cannot recommend this studio enough, all of the classes I’ve been to have been extremely rewarding and lead by the most knowledgeable yoga gurus I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! My practice has progressed great amounts over the last few months and I owe it all to Pol’s lovely dynamic vinyasa sessions- an absolute must-go if you want to develop your yoga and meditation skills. Thanks so much!
Been at the studio for over a year and it’s been amazing. Pól, Paula and Sam are just amazing. The classes always leave you feeling great. They have went above and beyond to support me this year. Always full of wisdom, hints and tips. Recommend to everyone! Whether to give yourself a wee hour, move your body, alignment, strengthen or improve. There’s no better place!
Highly recommend - you cannot go wrong with any of the classes or the teachers. Really know their stuff and are the best yoga studio in Glasgow! First time I went was 2017 and I am still going, a testament to just how good they are. Caring and Professional.

I started to go to the yoga studio a year ago and I was gladly surprised by the team . All the teacher are so friendly and caring ! You also have different classes depending on what you want to work on. After any class you can feel all the benefits on your mind and body. The studio is cute and very peaceful. Member are also very nice, it always a pleasure to go ! Definitely recommend this studio.
I have been attending weekly Yoga Therapeutics classes led by Paula for over a year and have also benefited from a one-to-one session. Paula is a highly intuitive, kind and responsive teacher. I feel that the classes are very helpful in managing the psychological and physical wear and tear of being human.
I attended my very first yoga session at - let’s say a very mature age. I was looking for relaxation, restoration and de-stressing. I discovered Yin yoga classes run by Paula at Yoga, Meditation and Healing. Eight weeks on, having attended weekly classes, I rue why I have not done this all my life. It’s a combination of what Yin gives to you and what Paula, as its leader, brings to you in kindness, compassion and competence. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
We booked a group yoga and meditation session with Paula as a surprise for my yoga-enthusiast sister for her hen-do. Not knowing what to expect, we were delighted to be warmly greeted by Paula, who made us feel at home and incredibly comfortable. Our group comprised of beginners, all the way up to yoga converts, and the session was tailored perfectly to include everyone including taking past injuries into account. We left feeling limber, calm, zen and whole. I highly recommend this studio, we felt incredibly well catered for, and would 100% book again. Thank you Paula!!! xxx
