I first visited Shanti yoga 6 years ago 2013, and came back to it 2 years ago. I like that each teacher is able to express their own wealthy knowledge, I like that the studio is a warm and professional environment, and I like that I always feel supported.
Like the range of classes on offer. Also a wide range of teachers. You can choose which class and which teacher you prefer, according to your mood. Plenty of space across the 2 studios. I happen to be writing this review in the separate relaxation area.. Great setup all in all.
Sasha runs the best Place on Glasgow for prácticing yoga, from the most elementary level to the real advance trainees, Shanti Yoga always delivers a superb service.
