I highly recommend the yoga teacher training course; it's a good opportunity to sort yourself out. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is a good manual for any spiritual aspirant.
A gorgeous studio in the heart of Glasgow with incredible teachers. Judi and her team are hugely knowledgeable, supportive and insightful and in just 5 weeks of joining there my practice has improved significantly. I highly recommend trying out classes here!
A home away from home. MCY, a place where humans care for others, each of the teachers are experienced, knowledgeable & just all round great people! I’ve learned so much about Yoga since walking into MCYs friendly doors and respect myself and the practice each day I join class w their teachers, attend workshops or their guest visiting teachers. Judi has created something magical and I feel the love of the #MCYCommunity - the studio offers Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa & Yin yoga with other specialist classes cropping up too!
I've been practising at Merchant city yoga for a few years now and love it. Judie has created a warm, friendly, inclusive and supportive space for yoga students of any age/stage in their yoga journey. One of the few places I can turn up to as a totally blind student and feel 100% comfortable, supported and totally equal! highly recommend this studio; you won't be disappointed.
A joyful and safe space to share yoga. Judy and her teachers offer professional support with your practice. From beginners classes to those wishing a more challenging asana practice, they have you covered. No one ever left behind or excluded.
Wonderful space with very friendly and encouraging teachers that help you adapt to different variations to suit your own individual needs, the community in the studio itself is also lovely. Judi is an incredible teacher. Only got back into the Ashtanga/Vinyassa yoga 2 months ago but have had nothing but pleasant experiences here.

I love the warm and friendly atmosphere at MCY, the positive energy that greets you when you enter the studio. Over the years I have taken part in many fantastic workshops with world renowned teachers, regular classes and their yoga teacher training and I would not want to miss a single minute of it. I can highly recommended MCY to anybody wanting to start, explore and deepen their yoga experience.
This is a great yoga studio, whether you're a beginner or have a regular practice. You don't have to be bendy or a certain age to do yoga, the great thing is anyone can do it. All the teachers are fantastic and very well trained. I can't recommend it highly enough!
