Just been to 2 classes of a 6 week block 'beginners level' - I enjoy it so much, gaining a lot of inner-body knowledge & enjoying the class very much. Our trainer, Sally, is terrific.

This is without question the nicest yoga studio I've been to both in terms of the ambiance and the warmth of the Jo and all the staff. I can't recommend it more highly. The practice and quality of teaching is second to none

I went to the pre-natal classes which were fantastic! The place is beautiful, the teacher is great.. Cannot wait to go to the post-natal classes there.

Recently attend the soul flow class was very disappointed ,Poor service, instructor not very warm or welcoming and look like they just winged the class couldn't even call it yoga.
