Was back up for Christmas joined for the week at gym 300 I used to train here when I lived in Inverness 9 year ago. It’s still my go to place for training when I’m back home for a short stay. It’s fantastic I know of MAYBE! one gym in Glasgow that’s like this place I wish gym 300 was in Glasgow it’s a great gym friendly staff and the equipment in the gym is brilliant it has everything! Highly recommend this place!!!
Very friendly family owned gym. Keen to encourage all stages of fitness, weight lifting & body building levels. Great equipment well maintained. With professional advice on supplements, i.e., protein powders, what is best for you. Not trying to sell what you don't need in the gym. The only thing is music can be suspect at times
Been training with Jamie for a few months now, great trainer who breaks everything down into simple components and will push you to your limits. Great trainer even for beginners.
Amazing Gym!!! One of the best old badass gyms I ever entered abroad!!! Great stuff, a load of raw massive machines and perfect vibes in the background. Pricing absolutely affordable.... Def. Worth a visit

Arguably one of the top gyms in Scotland. Continuously upgrading and expanding their range of equipment suited to bodybuilding, powerlifting, oly weightlifting and general functional/fitness training. Perfect for anyone looking to train at whilst up on holiday or in the area for work.
I travelled up from London. Looking for somewhere to train/workout in Inverness. Gym 300 had a week membership which I signed up to. The gym was well equipment with plenty of free weights and resistance machines. The staff were friendly. Overall I am very happy as I was able to maintain my gains.

Tom has created a gym which you’ll be hard-pressed to beat. The equipment on offer is great quality and extensive. All the staff are super friendly and the gym has taken a welcomed, practical approach towards Covid etc. Look forward to training here again.
