I came to Aimee's classes looking to build my confidence and find a fun new way to keep fit, I found all of that and more here!  Aimee and the other instructors are so dedicated to helping you improve and within your comfort levels.  The class is one of the most supportive places I have ever been in and has definitely improved my confidence in more areas than just fitness.  They have helped me to identify areas that could be improved and encouraged me to do so.  I never thought I would ever perform or do a competition in my life, but now I can't get enough of it!  I have not only made friends here but it's like a family and I couldn't imagine not going to classes every week!

The best place on earth to find new friends and get fit. Friendly and welcoming students and  instructors who are delighted to help you though your fitness journey.. The studio is fantastic with lots of classes to choose from to suit your ability. The studio holds showcases too throughout the year which you can perform and show off what you have achieved . Great for building confidence. Highly recommended !

Well... what can I say???!!! This place has been LIFE CHANGING for me. A safe, caring and incredible environment with the most amazing qualified and knowledgeable instructors who help you at the level of ability and confidence you’re at. Aimee is amazing and her studio is an absolute credit to her.
