Most of the receptionists are lovely. They explain why or why not you can get an appointment. Unfortunately, there are several who seem to be rude and argumentative. Getting an appointment is so incredibly difficult. Phone or face to face is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Sorry, but it's not the surgery it once was.
Arrived at surgery with my mum at 0900 am for a 0905 appointment, still sat waiting at 0930,when we asked how much longer it will be they said you should be at Guiseley surgery not here ,it was their fault. Dreadful service not impressed
I had a very positive experience today. I managed to get a same day appointment this morning. I saw a locum doctor who was very professional, friendly and thorough. Also, I spoke with a couple of the ladies on reception about a different matter and found them really helpful. There does seem to have been some changes to staff which in my opinion is for the better.
Never a long wait to see the doctor or nurses. Staff always very friendly and helpful.
I recently attended the dental clinic and was treated by George and the team of wonderful nurses and hygienist.nThroughout my course of treatment I’ve been treated with dignity and respect. I felt that I was at the centre of my care.nA wonderful service that needs public support
