Aesthetic Health

I called this organisation to arrange a "free"consultation to discuss my suitability for a treatment I was interested in having. I was very disappointed to be informed that I had to pay a £50.00 deposit for this appointment which was not refundable if I ( or the consultant)decided that the procedure was not for me. I can understand the need for a non refundable deposit if you book an appointment to have the procedure but it seems morally wrong to refuse to return a deposit after a consultation? The deposit could be used against other procedures or products but I was not interested in losing £50.00 if I decided not to go ahead with the treatment. For this reason I took my business elsewhere. Not customer focussed and bad business practice.

Great, friendly place with practitioners who really know their stuff. I have been treated by a few different people here and I completely trust them all. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are well trained and have a lot of experience. I look forward to coming to appointments and love the treatments they provide. I truly feel I am treated as an individual and given a lot of care and attention. I have already recommended Aesthetic Health and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking to have treatments that actually make a difference in the future.

Every visit to Aesthetic Health confirms that I will never consider choosing any other team of experts. Their knowledge, experience and welcoming approach is fantastic and the results of my treatments are amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.
