Brilliant service. Very caring support and medical staff. You are able to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions on line. If you are an emergency they WILL get you in on the day. There have been many changes in staffing over the last couple of years. The service has remained consistent. The staff seem to like each other ! It helps !

Dr ross is the most arrogant, unhelpful and irritating person i have ever met, and this is an opinion shared by moat people I've spoken to. My partner took our new born with health concerns and was made to feel stupid, like shed wasted his time and he refused to look at the head to toe rash on our baby. That said there are some good doctors there if you can actually get an appointment.... you can't book before the day so you have to ring first thing which usually takes a couple of hour to get through to be told there are no appointments left. The reception staff are the most unhelpful, uninterested and rude people I have dealt with, and I do it for a living! It is a shame because the health centre side and the midwifes are lovely and can not do enough. Finally no parking near the doctors.... well 2 spaces shared with the rest of the town.

Remember your doctors in the 1980s ? That's what this place reminds me of. Parking very limited.
