Absolutely excellent service. Moved address, was accepted online after realising no registration in person. Yes, it takes a few days to keep an eye on the NHS App to secure an appointment, but appreciating doctors starting at 7am and they are managed by partners. Very efficient, my concerns addressed and now awaiting blood tests. Thank you, thank you.

I had a very bad experience on the 21/05 at the practice with De Ruth when my daughter had a trauma injury in her finger. The school advised me to see a GP due to the severity of the injury. I was visited by Dr Ruth J Cunliffe and despite I came in thanking her for her time and apologising for bothering her, she was very rude to us. She had no empathy to us being in distress. Ask me to go home and put bandage on.I was really disappointed and very sad to be treated like this by a GP when they’re supposed to be caring.

MSK service leaves a lot to be desired. It let's the rest of the practice down. No.point in their Pathwsys app - about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Not interactive, unable to send messages such as "Err...you have forgotten to email my proposed rehab exercises ‐ yet again" or to check for the appointment that was mentioned, last month, but doesn't show in the app. May as well remove it, make space for a more useful health management related app.  Need to do better, but still using The Pandemic as an excuse for long waits and miscommunication...

MSK spinal clinic not fit for purpose. Will refuse scans or treatment and send you away with paracetamol and stretches. Whole clinic is absolutely useless, poor attitude from the female manager who's aggressive towards you when you complain of poor treatment. They're just not interested in actual helping spinal pain they just want to push their limited 'treatments' on you.

I recently became a patient here in September and have had such a fantastic experience so far. Receptionist so pleasant, really responsive to emails and the clinicians are incredibly knowledgeable and kind!

I went to meanwood for a hearing test and recived my hearing aids and free batteries as well as  the hearing aids after my hearing test I was not waiting long also saw a consultant as well as i had a scan on my ears and head at the LGI   he was really good and explaned everthing to me a bout the scan as they had seen something on the scan  but said it was nothing to worry about as it had not got any bigger  between  scans that was a great relief to me  but everything was OK they were really quick and very professional and explained everything to me I can not praise them enough as I was not expected them to tell me about the scan the consultant went out of his way to tell me  think it is a brilliant service and the staff were so helpful first time I have been there

Never had a problem. Reception is caring and honesty trying their best. Patches easy to use and pretty much always possible to get an appointment.

I moved recently and wad able to register straight away and see a GP. I have quite a lot of health problems and all the staff have been amazing with me.

The staff are lovely at Meanwood Health centre and I've been a patient for over 20 years

I have been at the practice now for a couple of years I use the e consult way to contact the clinic and have always had prompt replies and follow up calls. Since having my twins I have used this service a lot and found the doctors and staff extremely prompt helpful and patient with me and always getting back to me about my newborns the same day. So far great service.
