Id have gave them a zero if it was possible never know a taxi company so unprofessional in all my life! Taxi drivers are pig headed and rude Zero point logging a complaint as you get brushed too the side. Had drivers make regards too my parents aprenace non postive. Complained about my children getting in the car. Nasty comments made towards myself. Booked a taxi on Friday and due to having had disagreement with one-off the drivers the taxi just didn't bother too turn up so that made me late too fetch my children from school! Thank you xl andys for that Sexual discrimination also I wouldn't waist ANY money what so ever gettin a taxi from xl andy I'd rather walk! Worst taxi company since they teamed up with xl cars!

Booked taxi said couldnt get anyone for 20-30mins. Taxi apparently turned up after 5 mins then apparently waited 10 mins for us then left.

This taxi rank don't even deserve a star. They were very racist to me and my family and had no respect.

Got picked up East Midlands airport early hours of the morning at first every think ok I ad fel a sleep only from my sister in-law ask the driver to put two hands on steering wheel has he was falling a sleep an weaving said don't need to then he answers is phone y he was driving there were 3 drop offs wich I arrange with the office an then the second drop off was 300 yards we ended up having a heated discussion I would of payed more if it was 3 mile but it was 300 yards I will never use XL again as it totally scared my family

These drivers are dangerous, weaving in and out of traffic to overtake a bus and driver of vehicle REGISTRATION FD62 UYN (which I can't find registered) hit back of my motorbike by all saints way. West Bromwich. Today. He refused to give insurance details and thought chucking £10 at me would be OK. Didn't want to stop and sort out. Just glad he had no passenger on board. Luckily I'm just a bit sore but could have been. Much worse. Terrible driver
