Awful. If you book on the App your meant to get "priority booking" yet the taxis are always late and not just by a few minutes either. Then sometimes drivers don't even accept the job until 10 minutes after you booked it. Last week I waited 35 minutes when I booked for 4pm via the app. Four different drivers cancelled the job before one actually accepted and stuck with it. Won't be using them anymore.

Dealt with a person called Steve on the phone and couldn't have asked for better service. Called me back personally when the taxi arrived and made sure I knew which car it was. Great service phone wise and and taxi arrived promptly.

TERRIBLE I ordered a taxi to pick me up at 8:40 which never turned up another driver was sent arriving at 9:15 making me late for work and losing half an hours wages for me to then book one to come home at 2:25 and it not turning up until 6 mins past the time he was supposed to arrive yet had 45 mins notice before picking me up and from tracking him in your tracking service he was stuck in one place for at least ten mins it’s not on when you order a service you expect to get it especially this morning as it was booked the previous evening

Driver has my id said he would drop it off at the office no id has been handed in, the head office and the Walsall office say they cannot get in contact with the driver but he been actively still working, this is theft been trying to trace this up since Christmas nand still nothing has been done I was supposed to get a call back it’s been 2 months since I last spoke to them , taxi driver was rude and aggressive on the night it happend would avoid this company absolutely shocking
