They are absolutely the best. I lost my phone. And they let me know they found it. They even dropped it off for me. I am well pleased. Furthermore when I rang up for a cab, it came in five minutes. Car was nice and clean. Driver very pleasant.
Booked well in advance to be taken to a funeral, and allowed ample time. Phoned 7 times when taxi did not appear. Phone slammed down on me twice. Taxi was 40 mins late so I arrived at funeral 2 minutes before the end. Having done a 5000 mile round trip to attend, I was let down by management who obviously don't care and know nothing about the business. Disgraceful and disgusting. A total nightmare.
Disgraceful service. Prebooked a taxi from train station giving plenty of notice. To arrive and no taxi there. False promises, taxi on way. Then no deiver alloacted as they were looking for one! Steer clear. 30 minutes i waited. Not a safe service. Drivers uses his phone whilst driving.
So today I need to get my mum and sister from the airport. My dad calls them it is all going well £80 for Birmingham Airport Large taxi 7 seater and back. But then they send a medium Nissan Juke and the guy goes lets go. In the back there's barely any space and we said 4 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage. Then he says we will get another taxi for another 40 POUND. WHERE'S THE COMPENSTATION AT. Then we go get a big one for 120... And the guy had the AUDACITY TO ASK FOR 5 POUND DUE TO WAITING TIME. Shouldn't they pay us. Did he not listen to his parents when he was a kid? Anyways then after we called to cancel it because we didn't clear it to the guy and the guy RUDELY HANGS UP after saying "ok it's cancelled" in a mean tone. Honestly NEVER GO WITH THESE GUYS UNTIL THEY FIX UP AND THEY ARE SO RUDE. They won't last long with this type of service as any person with dignity and self respect would never go with them.
Taxi driver went to the wrong location. When I showed him my maps that we were going the wrong way he shrugged me off and pointed to his sat nav. Got to the wrong location and again I said this isn't the right place, eventually he listened to my map but still charged me for the miles for his bloody mistake/ detour! By this point I was extremely late so didn't have time to argue but definitely wouldn't use again.
Tried to book a taxi at 7 :45 ,was told 20 minutes. We phoned 30 minutes later to see how long it would be to be greeted by the most horrible disrespectful lady on the other end of the phone . She was so rude and disrespectful we just cancelled the taxi. Will mot be using them again and will be telling everyone we know to do the same .
Absolutely grateful to this company on Saturday I couldn’t get a taxi and they had some free. Picked me up on time very friendly driver spoke so soft and beautiful drive gently and professionally and got me home safe. Thank you so much
Rude over the phone When trying to book a taxi for my partner absolutely ridiculous wouldn’t even bother with them
