Completely avoid! This taxi company used to have a high reputation yet over the years seem to have grown desperate and joined XL cars, since then despite being told NOT to go to my mother's house to feed her alcohol habbit they still send drivers. All I can say is one day I will be there when a driver turns up and I won't handle the situation as politely as I previously have and they will wish they had listened.
Just been dropped off at home after a short five minute journey from my work and I was charged seven pounds. I called the depot up and asked if this was normal as it used to be five pounds they argued with me and told me abruptly that it's never been five pounds I explained that I know what I used to pay. Won't be using again as they should know not to argue with customers over the phone.
Worst operators in the world. Horrible attitude. Drivers are lovely but operators are ruining whole experience. Avoid. Never helpful. Had many incidents with them over years but one today crossed line. I be happy for manager to contact me but I found that gonna happen as I requested contacting and never even bothered...

Prebooked taxi. Late!! Why bother ordering a taxi for the time you need it when they turn up whenever they feel like it. Uber all the way.
Booked for Saturday night from west brom to bilston return pre paid the return journey pick up 1.30am car arrived at 1.40 from another company on behalf of andys/ XL cars asked for fare explained it had been paid spent the next 15 minutes standing in the cold while the driver moaned to the base about his fare then he decided to get in his cab and drive off leaving us stranded after phoning the base they said another cab would be with us within 10 minutes guess what ,no cab turned up after phoning back again they said the driver had logged off and was struggling to get us a cab finally after all the wait managed to get a cab at 2.20AM if we hadn't prepaid would have got someone else so BEWARE will Not be using this company again
I always used andys cars and xl just want to thank them for service on time have never let me down thank all for your service no 1 taxis
friendly driver and a more reasonable price. I will use them again
Never any taxis available anymore . Used to be my go to Taxi rank . Shame.
