Pre-booked to arrive at 7.45, didn't arrive until 8.45. Daughter was late for school. When I called them at 8.05 they said we were a priority, doesnt look like that was true. Alternative taxi service 247 cars arrived on time today no problem. Will never use Go Cars again.
Didn't feel safe at all, the driver was looking all our trip in his phone, dip lights didn't worked , and it was a night time , nightmare.
Driver was ok - but please tell me why you took £8.90 for a quoted £7.40 fare?
Pretty good overall just a bit annoying when a fair goes up mid-journey just because its gone past a certain time

Nice and prompted arrival, clean and comfortable car friendly driver.
The taxi was quick and easy to book. Arrived on time. We had a lovely driver, who helped my husband get everything into the boot and made sure I had enough room to get in and out of the car. He was very friendly and competent driver. Would definitely use Go Carz again
Driver was unusually quiet even when I tried to ask a question I received a closed answer so left him to it lol
