Great place to train. Great equipment, great staff. You can do your own thing without being bothered much, if you head down at the right time it's never too busy so you can always get the machines you need and aren't left waiting for half of your allocated gym time.

UNTRAINED STAFF AND SCAMMING CAR PARKING CHARGES. I took my friend to this gym recently and also to get a free trial for myself, when i got there i found their system was down which now meant i had to pay £5 for a day pass, the staff member took my details and i asked about the registration (i had forgot as i have only had the car a couple of weeks) the staff member advised they did not need it, now i have had a £100 fine through the day. The gym itself is alright and it is cheap but it obvious they use this method with the parking to earn their money back.

First off ignore the comments about the parking charges. IT IS CLEARLY STATED WHEN YOU JOIN THAT YOU MUST ALWAYS SIGN IN YOUR REGISTRATION AND YOU ARE CONSTANTLY BOMBARDED WITH SIGNS ASKING IF YOU'VE REGISTERED YOUR VEHICLE THROUGHOUT THE GYM. For the price you pay you get an amazing array of equipment. Plenty of free weights, Olympic barbells and platforms, racks, etc. I would have given 5 stars however the owners of the gym don't seem to want to replace the broken lockers (that have clearly been broken into) which kinda sets a bad example in terms of maintenance...

State of the art equipment and plenty of it! Always very clean. Great classes. Friendly staff. Recommended!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £100 fine for accidentally parking in here but signs are very small and not well displayed. This gym have contracted with a private parking company who are well know honey-trappers and stingers so the gym are responsible for being money grabbers and not caring about their members.
