Plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment. Because of it being close to city centre, it often feels as though it is too small to accommodate all of its members

Very very busy, it does have good equipment but you can never see any staff members around. My first time here I had no idea were the changing rooms or lockers were, tried looking for staff members but didn't see any expect one who finished his shift. You need a padlock of your own for the lockers so bring your own as thier machine had a card machine that doesn't work at all and it's very slow. If you want a work out, they do have good equipment, it's good to go before 12pm and after 7-8pm as it's can be busy, and lockers are available within the changing rooms once you find them hopefully.

Solid gym. Oodles of equipment pretty well maintained open 24/7. Relatively cheap due to no frills approach. A gym with gym stuff you can use. No more no less
