Good range of facilities can be busy at times but to be expected. Has shower facilities but the cleanliness depends on the time you go. Been going for a couple of years now and have no huge complaints. Cheap too.

The gym is clean. Well laid out. The place is very well priced per month.. My personal trainer is very experienced and has made me feel very much at ease. Highly recommended

I've joined gyms in the past but got bored on the treadmills and then not attended . Steve totally turned that upside down and showed me where I had been going wrong. Great fun and oh my god did I work. Great honesty and support. good place for a beginner like me.

Branches always quite dirty and mirrors as well  . People must use towels  in my opinion. Bring your headphones if you don't want to listen justin biber every day ;)
