Story

LEP Fitness specialises in 1-1 personal training and online coaching. We look after our tribe, providing the highest service quality, delivering optimum results, which is delivered by our passionate trainers. People not only love what we do, but why we do it. We were put on this earth to help the right people get and stay in shape. We are based in Sheffield and work with clients around the world using our online coaching systems. Our aim is not to be the biggest but the best at what we do.

I had let my fitness go a bit during a busy period, so I decided to work with a personal trainer for a while. I chose LEP fitness on the basis of the reviews, and I have not been disappointed. Nick started me at a level suitable for the fitness I was at. He gave me a lot of motivation and by the end of the first 10 sessions, I could see a noticeable improvement both in my fitness and in my motivation. I have started running again, and I really enjoy the training I am doing with Nick. Highly recommended.

I can't rate Nick highly enough - he is energetic, positive and passionate about his work. He makes the sessions really enjoyable and has a great deal of knowledge and insight about fitness and well being that has already had a huge impact on me after only a couple of months. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Nick for about 2 months now. I have noticed an extra ordinary change in my physical health and flexibility. Nick is an amazing trainer and i couldn't recommend anyone better than him. His method to train is extremely effective and it has helped me reduce more than 2 stones in 2 months. I always leave the session feeling good about myself and look forward to next sessions. Each session is tailored according to my needs. It is hard work but very enjoyable.

I was probably one of Nicks first ever customers and you cannot fault his passion, knowledge or commitment to the fitness industry and his clients. I approached Nick when I was almost 15st, unhealthy and unhappy. With Nicks knowledge and support I changed the way I ate and learnt how to get the most out of my workouts. My confidence sky rocketed and by the time I moved away from Sheffield a year later I had lost just under 4st in weight and gained a huge amount of knowledge. I recently decided to kick start this healthier way of life again and went straight to Nick for his help / advice. As always he was friendly and approachable - More like re-connecting with an old friend than re-visiting a business relationship ... Couldn't recommend LEP more highly

Would highly recommend nick! I started with nick thinking it wasn’t going to work and having doubts, when I got there nick made me feel very welcome, he provided a lot of stuff needed for when I come, provides food plans and workouts as well as other websites to find the stuff I need to progress at home. He always takes pride in his own work and makes you feel very comfortable, and overall very professional
