SAVE YOUR MONEY. My Hyundai Tucson got me just 82 miles before the car literally stopped at the Holyhead ferry terminal. I was fortunate in that the ferry staff pushed my car onboard but was incredibly embarrassing. My trusted mechanic in Ireland replaced the exhaust flex as it had literally dropped off, gave it a full service as the air filter was black and blocked, the oil was like sludge. When I collected the car the diesel was so low I had to go to the garage next door as it didn’t even register on the fuel gauge, this caused all the rubbish from the fuel tank to be sucked into the injectors. My total bill to have the car back on the road was 560 with collection from the ferry terminal being extra. Thank you very much Collin I will not be buying another vehicle from you again. I wouldn’t have minded so much if the car had been cheap but it wasn’t, over price rubbish.
I cannot recommend buying a car off of this dealer after the appalling customer service I experienced after buying a second hand car. The car had multiple faults during the first month of ownership. Despite being told the car had a months warranty the garage was not interested in sorting it out and the car cost me a small fortune to fix. When given the opportunity to offer recompense the owner was most unhelpful and ended up putting the phone down on me. The car has continued to be very unreliable, costing me nearly £700 in repair bills in the first two months, with the first fault developing only two days after purchase. I am very disappointed.
