Just a quick note to say thank you so much for the care and attentiveness shown during the sale of the car. It was a long way to travel from the West Midlands but well worth the journey. As to the quality of the car, well, to find a 10 year old low mileage Renault of that specification and in that condition was a rare find indeed and it was prepared to the highest standard. The car was presented the best it could be. The warm welcome, friendly and relaxed approach, along with the quality and presentation of the car, knowledge and value of the optional warranty, and of course the immaculate premises all added up to one of the best used car buying experiences I can remember. What a great, trustworthy family business. Your company is a credit to the used car industry. Easily 5 stars.

Worlingham motor company sold us our lovely new Renault Captur last month, and the service we received was fantastic- such a personal company where every customer is valued as an individual- no impersonal attitude, rushed and pressurised approach or hard sell tactics.A service like WMC offer is hard to find nowadays, and we feel lucky to have been able to buy from Dominic and the team.They were exceptionally helpful and understanding with all aspects of the sale, and went above and beyond for us.We would recommend the company to anyone, and hope to be back in future when it's time to change our car again.

What a wonderful experience! Absolutely delighted to have bought my car from this family run business. Customer service was exemplary… professional, efficient, ethical … and exactly as they state on their website. Nothing was too much trouble as I took delivery of my new car, from picking me up at the station to sending me on my way with a bottle of local bubbly. The car itself was prepared for me to the highest standard. Highly recommended and a credit to the car industry.
After visiting many garages I'd practically given up looking but need a car for my every day job. Coming through Worlingham I noticed cars on the forecourt of this motor company. I saw a car I really liked, Dominic & Sean were excellent, approachable and made me feel comfortable what ever questions I asked. They even went out of their way to help me buy the car I'd set my eyes on. Vehicle was in pristine condition inside and out, they helped me every step of the way until I proudly drove off from the forecourt. ...thank you Dominic & Sean I will certainly recommend you.
Dominic and the team were really helpful when i recently purchased a car from them. They kept me informed and the car was serviced, cleaned and ready to go when i collected it. Dominic made the process really easy, helping with the tax and change of details. The car has been great and i would 100% recommend them.

The people are all amazing I cannot fault them for knowledge about the cars and not preassuring you into a sale. They made it quick and easy to collect and pay. I myself had a problem with the alternator when I picked the car up but the warenty that came with the car paid for the whole lot Including garage fees. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Their is a reason this garage has been around for so long. Very pleased
