A big thank you to all the staff at Binks from the service desk through to the workshop who were involved with my BMW vehicle repair. (A second to none quick, friendly and efficient service). Within an hour of arriving there unannounced with a technical problem, my vehicle it was in the workshop being checked over! The fault was identified and fully explained to me by the service department. The parts were ordered and the vehicle was booked in for repair a couple of days later. While my car was in the garage I was provided with a curtesy car without a fuss. By 10:30 am on the day of the repair, I received a call informing me that the car repair was complete and was ready to collect. It was a pleasure to do business with this company! Would I recommend Binks to anyone? without a doubt, this kind of service is very hard to find these days!

The worst possible garage I have ever come across! Rude, nasty, horrible workers who clearly have no idea about customer service at all, Receptionist hung up on us constantly and then ignored our calls!! The owner was patronising, spoke down to myself and my partner and wouldn’t take any blame for selling us a terrible car that shouldn’t have been sold to us in that condition in the first place. We brought a 9 thousand pound family car and had nothing but issues with it from the day we took it home!! No contact was made from Binks to try and fix it. After a month of emails and phone calls Binks only then agreed to look at the car but said it want under warranty. With a new born baby and a lot of wasted money and many arguments with this garage.... I would tell you all to AVOID!!! At all costs!!!

Brilliant service. They had the ideal vehicle for me. Good value and polite and efficient service. Open and honest too
