Just part exchanged our car for another one. Leah was the young lady who looked after my husband and myself , very knowledgeable about all aspects of both cars , offered a decent amount for the exchange of ours. Not at all pushy . Very pleasant. She is an asset to the company. Would recommend her to friends and family. Thank you Leah .
My car had a recall notice, which turned out to be fine. All the staff were helpful. I appreciated the video of my car which showed the underneath. And to my surprise and delight, my car had been washed. I appreciate the good service.
Your sales lady Leah was just excellent. She made sure that I had all the information on the car I was buying and gave me a quote on my part exchange car. On her day off Daniel stepped in and gave me some very good advice. When Leah returned the following day there seemed to be a lot of paperwork to deal with and Leah dealt with it excellently. I would certainly recommend Leah and Daniel at Thurlow Nunn again!
I have been very pleasantly surprised by the way I’ve been treated by Thurlow Nunn at Beccles. I had a couple of little issues with my car and it was no problem they fix them with no problem at all. I have a grandland, ultimate which was sold to me by Thurlow Nunn, Great Yarmouth, and I like it very much
Easy to book, arrange collection and delivery, which took place as requested and easily. Garage staff, including driver, communicated progress and car was returned same day, i appreciated the 'valet' service as the car was returned clean and shiny on behalf of Thurlow Nunn.
