What a fantastic experience. This is how dealerships should be, from start to finish I can't fault it. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who genuinely want to help you get what you want. My sales rep Alex took me through everything at my pace and was always willing to answer my questions. Took delivery of my car today and its perfect in every way. A quick and friendly hand over. I can't recommend Startin Skoda highly enough everyone is amazing.
Great service, straight forward approach. Didn't expect anything less after dealing with another part of Startin for a previous purchase. Cheryl was very knowledgeable and welcoming when we decided to travel up after spotting the perfect car for my partner at the last minute. Outstanding service from the first day I walked into the dealership. Cheryl Darby was amazing not pushy & listened to what I was looking for. Her patience every time I called or popped in with yet more questions, was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble & she was always ready to go over things again for me. Amazing Service provided by Ben at Skoda Worcester. I was a little apprehensive as I had to do everything over the phone due to the distance but Ben was really helpful and covered everything I needed to know and was always available if I had questions. When I picked up my car yesterday the service was absolutely brilliant and Ben even offered to look after our dog so me and my partner could test drive the car to make sure we are 100% happy with it. I would definitely recommend!
After excellent service at Startin Skoda last year when buying my husband's car, we did not hesitate to return there to replace my car. Clive was our contact this time, he was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. All my calls/emails were answered promptly. He made appointments at a time to suit us, coming in on a Saturday, his day off, as we couldn't get in to test drive our chosen car midweek. Thank you for such professional service.
From the initial ordering to the final delivery, I was always kept up to date with appropriate events, and the progress of the car's build. I think the dealership is an excellent example of how such a business should operate, and Adrian, in particular, was extremely professional and supportive. From our initial contact with Alex in sales, we found him courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to fully explain the different options available to us in purchasing the vehicle. Once ordered the estimated delivery date slipped slightly, by a month or two, we had been told this was possible, but through this period we were kept fully informed of the situation. In summary, we felt we received excellent service from Alex and the staff at Startin Skoda.
My wife Sophie and i traveled from Wales to Powick to view a Skoda Octavia we had seen online. Our contact was Mr Tom Edwards at Startin Skoda. Tom looked after us in an excellent manner and answered all of our questions and went out of his way to put us at our ease in the sometimes stressful environment of purchasing a second hand car. We feel that Mr Edwards is a great asset to Startin Skoda and when the time comes for us to buy another car we hope he will be available to assist us as we now look upon him as a friend.
