Came here on a whim and will definitely come back, absolutely lovely place. Fantastic selection of food and a great choice of wines which you can order by different sized glasses, carafes or by the bottle. Kid-friendliness: Well behaved children and dogs welcomed.
Called in for a lovely evening meal. Food was excellent and staff were really friendly and helpful. Will call again next time we holiday in New forest.
**Dog Friendly** stopped of here on our way back home. Lovely little pub with a nice outside area. Ordered some sandwiches and cider. Will definitely be back
Wow what a place! Lovely Riverside location with a thatched roof. Menu quite extensive to cater for the majority of tastes. I had fish and chips which was delicious. Hubby & son had chicken and steak pies which were homemade and tasted delicious! Daughter had a burger and she said it was o e of the best she's ever had! If I'm down that way again, I'd definitely book here again!!!
One last Pre-baby meal before we became very busy! Great staff. Food was hot and freshly made. Very good value.
Came here with my family for my 21st birthday and we all thought how amazing it was. Food and service was absolutely brilliant! Will definitely return and recommend!
Have eaten here twice in the last week and for good reason, the food is nothing short of excellent, the choice is really good and the staff are attentive and very pleasant. We took our dog yesterday and if he could leave a review for the attention and biscuits he got it certainly would be 5 stars as well. We have to drive past several other pubs to get here all of which could benefit by visiting to see what can be achieved if the food and attitude are correct.

Really nice lunch in the conservatory. The staff were welcoming and chatty. I have no complaints about the meals we had or the price. It was very pleasing to feel that customer satisfaction was important.
Excellent pub, terrific location, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking with Riverside outside seating area. Lovely restaurant, food came promptly and well presented. Good choice of ales and wines. Highly recommended.
