Great ambience. We sat in the window and listened to an awesome choice of music and drank some delicious wine. The menu and the looks amazing with generous size portions. The barman was very knowledgeable too. Will definitely go back.
Great Pan Thai food in the small but nicely done garden. The dog was welcome and some seating outside is covered. Bonus they had HSB on tap. The food pictures are the sharing plater and prawn crackers for 2.
First time in The ship on the woks in Christchurch. My favourite was the crispy duck starter, it’s over £11 so a bit pricey for a starter and honestly could of fed two of us. The restaurant was packed in January so a good indicator of the food quality. Will return.
Beautiful food and drinks. We had a sharing starter, dim sum and egg fried rice. Oh and not forgetting the prawn crackers, very much recommend.
Absolutely brilliant!! Stopped here with 5 other friends for something to eat and drink. The food was FANTASTIC!! It was all cooked to order and it was DELICIOUS. My congratulations to the manager and the two members of staff who ran the place like a well oiled machine. This pub is dog friendly should you want to go here with a furry companion. I can't rate the Ship Inn highly enough. If you get the chance please go in. You will not be disappointed.
Once again a fantastic meal typically Thai food at its best, my wife believes it’s the best Thai food outside of Thailand, it is very very good. Along with great service, each time I have asked about my dish the staff have known exactly what the dish was made up from, what more could you ask for. I and my wife cannot rate the restaurant high enough, many many thanks.
Amazing food!!! I have tried most of their dishes and they are delicious.
Had lunch on a Monday lunch time, the staff were attentive and served in a timely manor. We had a Thai menu and felt all the food was fresh and tasty. Took our dog who was welcome and given a treat. Very nice
Food was tasty but very few options for vegans. Staff were friendly.
Popped in for a quiet beer before going out for a family meal. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and plenty of seating. We didn't try the food this time but it was good last time we visited.
