If I could give zero stars I would, can’t talk to a doctor, can’t get an appointment call to suit when you are available, like afternoons or morning people work and can’t sit by a phone for 8 hours. I’m still waiting on my call back from 8 weeks ago. Taking personal calls in middle of supermarkets because you can’t sit indoors for 8/9 hours waiting on doctor call back!! Reception rude to my daughter on two occasions having called in afternoon after her school class to make an appointment to be told emergencies only, call back at 8am, she’s on a public bus at 8am, not best place to discuss private problems!!! never asked if it was even an emergency, likely case of dismissing younger people. No wonder A&E at bursting point! Terrible way to treat people,
I've phoned up everyday for two weeks straight and can't get through to a single person. Not even put into a call queue, the phone just says its busy and hangs up. Appalling
The worst GP practice! after waiting in line for 30 minutes being the first one to disconnect me. When I came to the clinic it was empty and yet there is no one to answer the phone!
I have been with this surgery for 33 years and can say I’ve never had a bad experience. I have watched as it’s had to cope with the changes over the years. It has embraced these changes each time with a positive attitude and with consideration for there patients. They keep the surgery up to date with technology, it is always clean and well decorated. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone... 24/02/2023 Just wanted to update this today, as I've just been to get stitches out from the nurse. Again a was a pleasure, the nurse was friendly and made me feel very relaxed didn't feel a thing thank you. They have a new receptionist who was very pleasant & friendly, she fits in well with the staff who have been working there all these years. Their job, is not an easy one, with all the pressure they have on a daily basis. The doctors, I find them to be extremely understanding when you consult with them. We need to express when they are doing a good job and not just when we are unhappy and want to moan. Thank you again to all the staff!!
They have just got miserable!! Not getting medication that CANNOT be missed by even one day, is not seen as serious! Had it with this place! Shocking system and older receptionist has zero people skills°
Sent an Econsult message to the Surgery about 3.15pm and got a phone call about 3.45pm! Excellent! Didn't catch the Doctor's name, but she was very pleasant, very informative and helpful, bless her.
Absolute shambles of medical practice, right hand has no clue what left hand doing!. Can’t get through on phones, drive to actual practice to be offered yet another phone number rather than actually help with simple request for important painkillers for man with cancer! Absolutely disgusting , keep safe and go somewhere else if you can!
They never have any space for appointments even after calling multiple times and the reception staff are always rude.
Terrible GP, I'm not able to get through to them on the phone at all and I need medication urgently.
