Attending the health centre for blood tests has never bothered me Irene, nevertheless I found Jan to be very friendly, efficient and accommodating when she took blood yesterday.  Despite a busy workload, she still found time to provide additional and most welcome advice.  Spot on.

I always feel quite nervous when coming to visit the clinic, especially for my bloods but today i had quite a stress free visit. Jan was so good at putting me at ease, she has a lovely manor about her and she got my bloods no problem. It made all the difference...

Jan was amazing at making me feel calm and reassured whilst getting my bloods taken as I am petrified of it. She has the most caring nature and really made me feel at ease

I was very nervous but the nurse made me feel a lot  karma and  reassured me that I'd be ok and if I would like to see  the same nurse  every time I go to help with my anxiety , we can do that which I was alot happier helps me to feel better she was good a listen and kind

Jen was fantastic and the first to get blood of me at one point. Can I always have Jan to do blood
