I am very upset with the lack of care given to my dying mother by Dr McCubbin . He only visited my mother once after she got out of hospital after being diagnosed with cancer all over her body.  I begged him for a hospital bed with rails on and overnight care. He said “she won’t get overnight care because she was not on a medication driver  and was not at that stage yet!!” My mother died that night, she tried to get out of bed on her own, she was found slumped down the side of the bed with her arm stuck in a small bed rail. She should have been given overnight care, a hospital bed with rails on and maybe a catheter. I’m devastated at the lack of care given by this doctor!!!!.
