A really nice park that is filled with lots of green space and features to see. The trees are really interesting to walk through and there is lots of open space to sit and relax and appreciate the outdoors in.
Very nice park close to the university of leeds. Quite big and very green. It has lots of space and quite some benches to sit on. It’s pretty quiet and peaceful even if the Oatley road is basically besides it where many cars usually pass by and even relatively fast, thus making noise. Recommended for a walk or a picnic with friends!
Very nice and big, good to hangout and sports
The best park I have been to in Leeds, I just go here to sit for a few hours and relax. It is a good place to go at the end of a busy day or to start a new day. It's spread in large area and has different areas dedicated for specific activities.
This is a nice park to go for a stroll with wide open spaces. You can cycle through as well as there are a couple of paths through. Paths have a few pot holes here and there but nice to visit and have a picnic or walk the dog or just have a run. I imagine on a warm sunny day it's a great place to go. I found it very pleasant walking around especially around the University buildings leading upto the park.
Lovely town park/green. Was of course there in dead of December with gelid lateral-blowing rain, so not the best. But it’s still a lush spot surrounded by classic Loiner neighbourhoods and cafes. Don’t go in December!
My day starts and ends with this park. Its a beautiful place to start your day afresh amidst the grass and the trees. Every path connects you from the center of the park to the main road. Hence, we see many students using the path to commute. Marathons happen occasionally, I got to play with some pets when I'm bored and I have witnessed spectacular sunsets sitting on the grass. Basically, it's been the best part of my routine. Cheers to that!
Kids loved, and we had picnic after riding their bikes. Can't rate this Hyde Park as wheelchair access was extremely hard and no disabled parking available. I had to park across, and one of the roads, which was not great. The clean or maintenance of the park was not great.
Good evening walk... lods of activities
Nice little park plenty of space and paths to explore, loads to do in the area. Park Run on Saturday at 09:00 if your feeling adventurous
