A local recreational park with good paths. Some a little sloped. Brilliant views of north leeds district from the top of the park. Be aware that after a wet spell grassy areas can get slippery and boggy.
I live close so its an easy trip to take my dog here, they have a great firework display on bonfire night too.
Well looked after and maintained, hosting the Park Run on Saturdays in better climes. Not spread over a particularly large area and not much of note worth travelling from further afield for, but a great little space for the local populace.
Nice park with playground, tennis court and football ground.
Lovely for a little walk or to watch the sunset on the top of the hill. Peaceful most of the time when the yobs aren't riding motorbikes and drinking on weekends.
Daughter loves here. Swing could do with a repair and the roundabout thing needa work.
Very spacious park. Sit at top of the park on an evening and watch the sun set over the hills . Tennis courts ,basketball courts, bowling ,and a children park etc. Plenty of open areas to have a walk and sit for picnics.
Wide open space, plenty of different areas for different activities, a lovely if solemn cenotaph.
Very clean and you hardly ever see any rubbish around. Great for dog walkers and has a nice garden , tennis courts, parkig and playground for and lots of little pockets of woodland. Great for a nice walk and very big so can easily social distance on it . Playground now open as well. Lots of bins around the park. Would recommend.
