Great staff, you can hang out with them and have a coffee out front on the bench with them. Nice new Belstaff collection, but will have to wait for the sale for that stuff.
Woodhouse online purchase. Positives Great service. Fast delivery. Easy to use website. Great selection of designer clothes available. Received 15% off full priced goods for signing up to there news letter. Product arrived well packaged and undamaged including box. Negatives Free delivery would definitively be a bonus for spends over £100 rather than £150 as delivery costs can be expensive. No returns label was sent with the parcel. Overall very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
Terrible first experience, purchased two Ralph Lauren T’s as birthday gifts, paid for next day delivery as I needed them sharpish. Two days later no sign of parcel, spoke to Customer Services who hadn’t had any update on my parcel since the day I ordered it nice of them to keep a track on it. “Would you like us to order them again for tomorrow?”....Yes. “Oh one of your items is now out of stock”.....champion! Same old excuses cropping up across review boards about the company, hopefully they don’t mess the refund up, first and last time
I ordered two boss jumpers. One was fine but the other was creased, in a dodgy bag and worst of all, smelled of marijuana smoke. I was under the impression new meant new, not lent to a pot head for the weekend before it comes to me unwashed. Cheers like! Don't buy from here, untrustworthy.
I’ve been buying from these guys for the last ten years or so, and have never had an issue. They offer a large range of premium brands and some of the quickest delivery turnarounds I’ve ever known from an online business. Their sales are also fantastic, but be warned that certain discounted lines can sell out within minutes of going live - especially if you’re a common size like myself medium. The only bad thing I can possibly level at them is that they don’t sell Stone Island clothing, but hopefully they’ll change that at some point.
Great experience with staff who know their stuff. The designer collections are from the best brands - just need to be careful not to get too carried away! The in-store barber shop is a cool idea and now they do ladies hair I'm definitely heading back to shop whilst the other half gets a blow-dry. It's a good excuse to get away with spending some more!
I brought a CP Company jumper the other week which was discounted by 15% at check out, which is always nice. I was emailed 3 or 4 times to let while know where it was in the postal Proses, When it arrived it was packaged nicely. I will definitely buy from them again, maybe tonight.
Buy online and Woodhouse have been faultless. Always have deals on whether its discounts or random offers you cant beat them. Products are always as you see. Delievery is fast and if your purchase is not right send it back and money is refunded. As a Clothing Stockist for a Man of my age in his 40s Woodhouse and Flannels are the best.
The WORST couple of experiences. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I spent over £200 during my first visit and needed to return half of it, and so they issued a credit. Upon trying to use the credit not too long after, they told me the management had changed and they couldn't refund my money... Every time I go into the store they say they need to speak to 'central' management and call back WHICH THEY NEVER DO. I've chased multiple times online and in-person... and still haven't gotten my money back and/or an exchange of an item worth the equivalent value. SO I'VE BEEN ROBBED. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS... WOODHOUSE, YOU KNOW HOW TO REACH ME IF YOU'D LIKE TO DO THE RIGHT THING.
Ordered a white Ralph Lauren shirt, a horrible blue and white uneven stripped shirt turned up so returned, filling in the exchange for the original white Ralph Lauren, no email was received updating me or apologising for the mistake and then a refund appeared in my bank. If they’re not taking money when it’s thrown at them idk how they’re still in business.
