David helped me out with my bike today - great customer service and attention to detail. I thought I needed a repair which he could have just booked me in for, but it would not have resolved my issue. Instead he worked through the problem with me and got the bike fixed and back in working order. Definitely get your bike worked on here.

Horrible service. I bought a brand new bike from another cycle surgery and it kept having problems. I went In today and asked if they could fix it. They told me the frame was bent and I must have crashed it. (I only used it 5 times and never crashed) I told them I didnt crash but they didn't believe me. Basically telling me I lost the 1000£ I spent for it. Ended up leaving and going to another cycle surgery in kings cross who were very helpful. They called the makers of the bike, it turned out there was a default with that specific model. They are now giving me a brand new bike. The kings cross team were amazing but Great Portland Street were awful and basically accused me of lying and didn't try to help in any way. Avoid this specific cycle surgery on Great Portland Street!!
