Love the clothes. Even if they are expensive. the rating is for the staff. Rude and unfriendly. Was in the store for 5 minutes looking around, wasn't busy. No one spoke to me except to tell me not to take a photo of a top. Unnecessary and rude.

The two stars has nothing to do with the clothes or the brand and everything to do with staff. I use the the term staff fairly lightly as it seemed the male staff were just marking time before pub time or the next audition. One guy was telling the other staff members about his audition and another had his shirt up admiring his abs in the mirror. The one female worker was manning the register. I asked one of the posers for another size, to which I got: "There hanging over there mate". There were three of them on the floor but none could be bothered. Perhaps a training class and some adult supervision might help. The staff in the store in Venice Beach are laid back, cool and helpful.

No customer service at all... I was trying an item no one asked me for the size, no one was taking customer in consideration! I’ve never seen that, they prefer to have a chat near to the stairs instead of help customers...
