Peacocks Harlesden

Lovely clothing but staff are a joke. They are rude and slow and there is never enough staff. Often 1 person on the tills and one is always 'sorting the stock room'. Be prepared to spend at least 15mins waiting to pay.

The little uncouth dikey melted cockroach looking security guard can't comprehend simple questions, but has the cheek to have attitude in conversations that do not concern her .The manager is always bursting out of her close and looks like trash. You would think as brand ambassador she would be dressed more appropriately. How this shop hasn't been closed down is beyond me?- As it has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Very very bad experience today with the closing times! I wanted to return a pair of jeans because there were no fitting rooms and just came back with exactly 1 minutes before closing. The security didn't want to let me in at all, just to exchange the size from 30S to 32R, thats all. Its a HUGE problem not having an changing room, what standards are this?!? such shop shouldn't be open. Its a shame because of the products, which are good and good price, but the customer service, is a 1 of 5 star for sure. Just avoid guys please.

Horrible customer service. The most arrogant rude unhelpful store lady manager I have ever met! The store doesn't have a fitting room, so you have to buy the items and to try them at home. I bought office clothes and I tried them at home, unfortunately size 8 was too small. I went back to the shop with receipts and absolutely unworn clothes, with original tags (as it was too small!). The shop manager, a young black lady, who worked as a cashier at the moment, said that she will not take the clothes back as they aren't in the sell condition. I was shocked! I only tried the clothes at home. No one in the queue didn't understand why the lady doesn't want take the unworn office clothes back. She told me: " Don't be so silly. I will not take the clothes back, because you did store them badly." I only tried them at home and I didn't touch the tags! I'm going to avoid this store in Harlesden! As the black lady store manager likes to fight and she doesn't respect innocent honest customers. The store should build a fitting room in the store as the customers should have the opportunity to return the wrong size bought clothes!

It has a wide range of clothing from mens to womens and from old to young. it often includes sales and discounts which make it a cheaper alternative to large brands
