utter discraceful i rung them for an emergancy appointment due to sleep insomnia and anxiety plus geting pains all over my body and all i got was they where fully booked what a bunch of lazy ....... !!! what if someone had a serious condition or heart problem or i know just let them die im changeing sergury

First time I came there I came 15 minuets early. Was stood in the que for 15 minuets and the doctor I was supposed to see was shouting about me and saying there's no point in me being here as I'm "15 minuets late" when there was no one serving the people in line? Then had to wait 20 minuets to be seen to. The woman was rude and in welcoming. Went back the other day I arrived 15 minuets early like you're supposed to do. My appointment was at 10 past three and didn't get seen to till 10 to four

They never pick phone always rude to patients upper authority should check this surgery

They don't pick up phone. Their urgent consultation procedure is disappointingly poor. I am looking forward for a new practice.

The worthwhile doctors that once worked at Woodbridge have long since moved up to richer pastures. All that is left now, is doctors who dont even look up at you, before hurrying you out of the door. Also, the amount of balls-ups with regards to my perscriptions is exhausting, and frankly there has been too many to name. Myself and family members are looking for a new surgery. My advice to anyone thinking of enlisting with Woodbridge would be, 'DON'T'. Utter s**t show.
