After going in to this surgery needing help and advice 10 weeks ago, after being passed from pillar to post throughout these 10 weeks and being made to feel like my health doesn't matter. I am STILL yet to be helped! I am absolutely disgusted with my treatment (or lack of). I have made phone call after phone call, I've been spoken to like an absolute idiot (after all i'm not a Medical Professional so I there for must be a complete and utter Muppet surely?) Slowly but surely I've made record of every time I have been to this practice or made contact and will be going to the Practice Manager with my Complaints. If it is not resolved and my health has been made worse by being neglected for so long, I will be also making a complaint to the medical bored if needs be.
