Absolute pleasure to deal with. Bought the car blind and I was not disappointed! Travelled from London to collect and was over the moon with the car - even better in person than in photos. Immaculate service from start to finish - Stu was helpful and informative!
Absolutely blown away by the service I have received from Hamlets, from start to finish. I bought a fabulous Audi A1 from the team at Hamlets and never had any issues from the moment I got the car, as they made the experience really positive and guided me throughout. Sold the car back to them 2 years later and they even came to collect it! Make them your first choice when looking for your next vehicle
Had a great buying experience at Hamlet. All the staff members we encountered were very professional and friendly. The ease of purchasing our new car was great, it impressed our daughter so much that she bought a car too. M.O.T, service and 6 months warranty on both cars. Great service! Everything was made easy, was able to walk around freely and explore the car in my own time. Took it on a test drive and it was great, any questions I had were answered really well. Stuart helped me with all the admin side of the buying the vehicle. Would definitely recommend.
I've had to go for the middle ground. We accepted a price for our camper van that was quite a bit below what we expected and hoped for. The very professional and helpful salesman explained that there were defects that would require attention before they could sell it on: a new pop-top he went to the office to phone the supplier about a price, and a paint job being the main items. But now I see the camper for sale on the website, exactly as it was when we parted with it, but priced nearly £11,000 more than we sold it for. This makes me doubt the credibility of the salesman, which would certainly dissuade me from dealing with Hamlet again. 'Caveat venditor'
Went today 16/07 to collect a car I had seen and proceeded to buy on the Internet. First of all a massive shout out to Lee who was especially helpful and made sure everything was in order. Prior to collecting the vehicle I had been liaising with Stuart who was exceptionally professional and always available to answer even what I thought were ridiculous questions. Kudos to the team for providing such a clean value for money vehicle. All through the process I did not feel pressured to agree to anything and actually this was a car buying experience like no other. Thanks to Stuart and the team not only for the beautiful car but for your professional and friendly manner. A definite would recommend from me.
Very friendly, helpful and no pressure to buy at all. Nice selection of cars. Would recommend checking them out if looking for new car. Helped so much with warranty and my Volvp's sensors. Bought another car from them yesterday, really impressed with the staff/garage. Always has lovely cars in stock.
What a great company to deal with We recently purchased a motorhome which was supplied in first class condition Everything Stewart promised was done I have no hesitation in recommending this company
I have had the car just short of 6 months and I am just glad the car came with a warranty as i have had nothing but problems with it, from electrical issues to suspension problems. Tim and stewart were very helpful at first but as time went on and more problems arose they seemed to wash there hands of the car and said contact the warranty company directly. Even with the warranty cover i am still massively out of pocket. in total the car mercedes has been in the garage 7 times since i have had it. i now have no confidence in the car!
