Booked an oil change on my TT. They fitted me in first thing and did it within an hour or so. Very helpful with other advice too. Will be bringing it back for an MOT and full service next year.
Excellent service and response.nHad my “very sensitive” A4 serviced here.nAll work carried out to a high standard and I felt that my car was treated with respect in their care.nSlight issue with the new oil level not their fault, the very inaccurate Audi electronic oil level system was the problem.nAll adjusted and rectified quickly and to my satisfaction. Recommended.
Recommend. Took my old VW in for diagnostics after advisory’s on MoT. WCC did a thorough job in listening to position, diagnosing and breaking down the costs of repair, and giving advice on best actions. Thanks.
After attempting to deal with a coolant leak at 2 local garages and getting nowhere, WCC were recommended by a friend.nThe problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired . I was kept informed by Lee throughout the process and WCC also dealt with a leak from the roof drains at the same time.nGreat professional service. The place to go if you have a VW group vehicle.
I have a VW T6 and for the past 6 months it has had an intermittent alarm with the “Tyre pressure loss indicator not available”. I booked my T6 in with WCC and would like to thank them for the professional service that they provide. I booked over the telephone and the gentleman dealing with me was very helpful and we arranged a convenient time and date for me. I dropped my T6 van off in the morning and received a phone call a couple of hours later saying they had diagnosed the fault and explained to me that a sensor required changing on one of the rear wheels which had failed so I was more than happy for the sensor to be replaced and was able to pick up my VW T6 on the same day.nI would like to thank WCC for the very professional way that they work and kept me informed about the progress on my vehicle and when it would be available. I would recommend them and will be happy to get my van serviced and MOT done with them in the future.nThanks for great service.
