Mathieu Grimaldi is really professional and enthusiastic with his job! He assisted us with renting a great place in Fitzrovia. He helped us resolve many issues during the whole letting process, and his response is always quick, concise and to the points. He also offered some great suggestions on how to choose the right utility offers from his own experiences, which is very friendly to new renters like us.

Matt kindly helped me when I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment. I had stepped outside in my pyjamas to take out the trash and somehow managed to lock the door behind me. It was freezing cold outside, but Matt quickly came over and got my door open again. I was feeling so helpless, and Matt was the angel who saved my life!!

We are clients and were very well supported throughout the process by Matthieu. Can’t complain, everything worked great.

When the sale on my investment property fell through Harriet stepped in and found a tenant to move in very quickly, which was just what I needed as there was still mortgage and service charge payments required on a monthly basis, resulting in  negative cashflow. Harriet got three offers within a couple of days, we discussed the merits of each and went ahead with the person who subsequently moved in. A very quick and professional service, I'd strongly recommend Harriet and her colleauges at Winkworths Oxford Street Branch.

I can only recommend Jamie Barry as a letting agent! I have just signed my contract for an apartment that encompasses everything I have been looking for. Jamie has been thoughtful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions I had. So far, my experience with Winkworth has solely been positive. It is an agency that I will be recommending to my friends and family without doubt!

Harriet in rentals was excellent, professional, proactive and an absolute pleasure to deal.  We got the property we wanted which wouldn't have happened if Harriet hadn't been so on the ball. I engaged with Adrian at Winkworth's on New Oxford St when looking for my first home. I dealt with a number of estate agents over dozens of viewings and Adrian's very direct and honest attitude was very welcome.  As an agent, it was clear he was equally up front with his seller and this approach made the process of agreeing a sale price very straight forward.  Once a price was agreed Adrian was able to recommend a number of  dependable local solicitors, one of whom I decided to go with - I am happy to have done so as their service was also excellent and well priced.  Adrian and the team were very fast to respond to all questions during the process and carried out their work with plenty of integrity. I have just completed after minimal hassle from start to finish, and will be looking to use them again on future moves.

Thanks for Jamie Barry’s professional services, we’re able to rent a nice apartment last November.  Jamie has been very sincere & helpful.  He responded promptly and efficiently to our lease enquiries.   I would strongly recommend Jamie as your agent when you are working on any properties search in this area.
