Sold property through Haart. Emmanuel was punctual, reliable and seemed excited about the property. True to his word, he managed to sell property to good buyers. After sales/facilitation was excellent by manager and team. Overall Service was excellent.4 stars since the service is expensive and offer was below asking price, otherwise would have gone for 5.

I worked with Atul to sell my flat and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is kind and endlessly patient, and incredible patient. He reply my emails and answered every question so quick and efficient. In the end I changed my idea and decided not to sell my flat, he was so kind to me. I highly recommend Atul and his branch. In the future when I rent out my flat I will definitely come to him again.

Emmanuel was a pleasure to work with. He has been polite and professional but also friendly and approachable throughout the process. Definitely not your 'typical' estate agent. The manager at the branch, Atul, has also been lovely and has made the house buying process simple from start to finish. I cannot recommend Haart Colindale enough, especially these two!
