I used Mark Ashley to purchase a property in Burnt Oak.
 I spoke with Scott who registered my details and he told me that he would contact me with any properties that would suit me. 
Within a day, Scott contacted me with details of three properties. Appointments were made and I went and viewed them. 
I made an offer on one of the properties and paid a deposit to secure it. The sale went through smoothly, without any hiccups and I used the solicitors that they recommended.

I have been using Mark Ashley & Co as my letting agents for the past five years. Throughout that time they have been been very effective in ensuring that my properties are occupied with reliable tenants. I have been very impressed with the speed at which they find new tenants, and at the quality of the tenants they have found.

Mark Abrahams has managed properties for our small family business since he opened Mark Ashley & Co.  Currently Sandra Williams looks after us.  She is super efficient and goes that extra mile to help in any way she can!

Got a contact from this agent stating "I have a cash buyer", rubbish ,sales talk.. They are parasites looking at Rightmove, Zoopla etc to make easy money. I had to show the buyer around and they (the buyer) thought the agent was! They had not (the agent) even been to my house, just after their commission! TheyTare aggressive and pushy beyond all belief and insulted the competition which just isn't professional. Very rude agent, especially Mark, very disrespectful and you feel very bullied, very aggressive and talk over you. Their website has NO properties for sale cos they STEAL them from other agents online. Steer will CLEAR!

Had a telephone conversation with their Branch staff in Burnt Oak. 
 He was Incredibly rude, curt and very condescending. Customer service training highly recommended!  A service I will not be using.
