Horrendous experience, phoned 3 times to arrange a viewing on a flat. The first 2 times they lost my details so couldn't call me back (details that included how much I earned and where I live!) and told me each time they couldn't book viewings today so they would call me the next day. On the 3rd day of trying they tell me that someone else has put a deposit down!
Each time I phoned I dealt with a woman who could not have cared less and had a really bad attitude.
I'll be staying away and so should you!

Appalling customer service! Rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful... if I had the option than I would rate them zero stars! Keep away from these agents, plenty more out there that offer exceptional service. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!
