My girlfriend had a less than satisfactory experience with a certain employee who showed her around a flat in Colindale. During the viewing he was impolite and condescending, undermining our salaries and saying we could not afford the flat based on just one our salaries, like no ****…? We are seeking to rent as a couple, and our salaries were more than sufficient to afford this property. He then went on to suggest that the landlord would likely reject our application. However, a few days later, he sent us an email stating that the landlord was interested in making an offer. Unfortunately for the landlord, we had already accepted an offer on another flat where we had a much better experience. When we declined the offer, the employee then went on to tell us that we were "a little unfair in how we conducted ourselves but what can you do". Having read reviews from other people, it is apparent that this employee has a habit of treating prospective tenants poorly. A word of advice, treat your prospective tenants with respect and provide better customer service, it is not difficult.
I was with Warren Bradley for 3 years and with other agencies before that. Warren Bradley was the best one I've been with. Their fees are reasonable and they get back to you in a timely manner. I never had any problems during my tenancy with them and the leaving process was smooth even though I couldn't give them an exact hour I was vacating the property at the end. Their were flexible and facilitated the whole process. Recommended.
Our experience began in 2014, with Warren from Warren and Bradley Estate who provided excellent service from the beginning of the process of house viewing until we moved into the property. In 2018, we decided to move to another property within the same location and we contacted our agent Warren and Bradley. Warren was more than happy to help us with the processing as we found our ideal home budget, ideal living environment and ideal location listed under Warren and Bradley Estate. Warren assured us that he would ensure that the processing of moving from one property to another be taken care in a smooth manner without any hassle or stress. This time our case was handled by Adam who was very thorough, pleasant and patient, while he made sure all information was provided and understood. Adam and Warren had made sure our relocation of property being managed well and gave us enough time to move without any pressure. We are now living happily and many thanks to Warren and Adam. I would highly recommend using the service of Warren and Bradley Estate as they go beyond expectations and they provide professional service.
Adam was amazing when I was renewing and changing contracts on my property. Really professional, super quick and kept you updated during all stages of the process. I even contacted him a year later with questions and he came back right away. I would and have recommended Warren Bradley on more than one occasion.
My wife and I are new to the landlord and letting world, and Adam Bunce at Warren Bradley was recommended by our son who had already engaged their services. Adam has been really helpful in letting our flat right from the outset and during the whole process. I engaged Warren Bradley as my rental agent since 2016, really appreciate their personal touch and how they look after my property. As an overseas owner, it is really important to have an agent which is on top of every matter, trivial to big. As a result, I just need to sit back and have my rental income received in a monthly basis. I heard so much about bad agent experience from my Hong Kong friends with properties in UK. Viewed a property for rent via this estate agent. Arranged a viewing with Adam, we viewed the property and decided it was the one for us!!! Adam was very polite, helpful and professional. He made sure everything was tied up and in place as quickly as possible. We are now in our new home!!! I can highly recommend this estate agent if you are looking for a high quality property and a service that goes above and beyond to cater for your needs.
We first used Waren Bradley 18 months ago to help find a new tenant fast. I was determined to avoid some of the more infamous and expensive big names and have been very pleased with their service. Our tenant in Hendon has been no trouble at all and renewed at the end of the first year and Warren Bradley have always been responsive and efficient when required. I thought I'd write this review, since 18 months is, hopefully, long enough to judge them. Also, it's worth noting that their fees are more reasonable than most. Hopefully, this review won't go to their heads and they'll keep up the good work!
Adam Bunce was a great help when selling our flat. He found us a buyer and helped to move things along through exchange and completion. We would definitely work with Adam again.
I went for viewing two days ago and I really liked the flat.. I called the office the day after asking them when they can reply to me because I want to move as soon as possible and if the landlord said no Of course I want have enough time to look for another one. Anyway one of the staff was talking to me in a very rude way asking me in a very bad way why did I call the office twice which is a lot for him !!!!!!!! and I should wait.. Anyway not going to talk more about it. But being rude with the customers is not professional at all. Trying to be good with the customers is not hard.. if you do not want to work just don’t.. in lots of reviews I can see his name and they are saying that he is rude. I talked with lots of agencies and no one did same as this agency. Not going to call this agency ever even if I like something..
