This year we sold our late mother’s house.  `Melvin Jacobs handled the whole transaction sensitively and efficiently.  They advertised the house well, presented it with a series of well taken photos and found a buyer in good time.  The transaction was difficult because we were at the end of a short chain in which one of the sales further up the chain was fraught with difficulties.  Melvin Jacobs went the extra mile to find out what was happening and keep us informed, so were able to decide what to do at each stage.  We thoroughly recommend them.

I highly recommend Stuart and his colleagues at Melvin Jacobs. We have just sold our house in Fairfield Crescent and from the start to the finish Stuart was very helpful and professional.
