I switched to Mile to find tenants for my 2 bed mews house because they are a small independent estate agents who I hoped would give me a more personal service. I was delighted. They were quick and efficient, and found me exactly the right tenants at a good rent. Charlie Ruff and Soroush Nezamabad were friendly and eased my anxieties and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.
Arben Krasniqi went above and beyond to help us secure a perfect rental property, in a very challenging market. He was incredibly professional, communicative, and above all, honest--keeping us informed at each and every step. He always strived to do the best to support us. He's an asset to Mile Estates.
We spoke to about 12 estate agents in Kensal Rise and Queens Park and decided on Mile after a thorough investigation of our options. We had dealt with Kay previously when we were buying and although we didn't buy through Mile we remembered them principally because of their excellent staff. Kay and Kyle are very approachable, friendly, and have excellent knowledge. Kyle has done an excellent job managing our sale, his communications have always been prompt and clear, and the advice he has offered has made our sale go through with a minimum of stress. We are delighted to have used Mile Estates and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hard working reputable estate agency.
Kyle is just a great and brilliant estate agent. We are very thankful to him and his team. We just bought our flat thanks to him. He is such a good professional, trustable and hard worker. At the same time he is very nice, friendly, polite and educated. He always found quick responses to all our questions and queries, making the process smooth and easy. In our experience, Mile... is far better than most of the estate agencies we have contacted.
