Having Winkworth as my agency for five years or so was nothing short of a pleasure! Tom, Tanya and Kim are all so responsive, great to communicate with and were ALWAYS on the ball and ready to help me or deal with any issues I had. Without a doubt one of the best agency’s you could let from, I always felt secure in my home, valued and even during very difficult times with the Covid-19 pandemic I was treating with respect and kindness. Superb experience and I’m genuinely sad to say goodbye to the team as I leave the property. I had a great experience renting with Winkworth. Tom, Tanya and Ophelia were all consistently helpful in resolving any small issues in the flat and keeping me updated with the schedule of any safety checks being carried out. Would highly recommend Winkworth as a go-to for Estate Agents in Cheltenham - a really polite and supportive team.
It’s a shame my ongoing purchase isn’t with Winkworths as theirs is a much more personal, friendly and professional experience. Tom and Tanya are absolutely incredible. They are estate agents, advisors, councillors, friends and great professionals, all in one. Tom and Tanya have been amazing. Tom has seen through our house sale, going beyond expectations, phoning all parties, at all hours and even when on holiday. The process has not been without stress and Tom has guided and calmed us throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better service.
After a long and arduous process due to unreasonable buyers who twice dropped out at the point of exchange Tom and his team finally secured the sale of our property. Tom has always been available and has tirelessly worked towards achieving a positive outcome.
Great folks, lovely experience over the last year of renting. Ophelia specifically made sure that our building was kept in check, with this actual changes were made when requested. An extremely professional agency and one of the few estate agencies that made a lasting impression on me for what good service over a long period of time is. There are many bad ones out there but this one is one of the good ones.
