The Property Centre got me a good price for my flat and were very professional in their handling of the sale. When the first two buyers pulled out, Richard and the team at Churchdown pulled out all the stops to find another buyer. Their level of communication was very good at all times, they kept me regularly informed of how the matter was progressing and I think their efforts contributed greatly towards the third sale completing as quickly and as smoothly as it did.
Richard was lovely and very respectful when coming round my house. He took his shoes off without even being asked to and was very friendly and not at all pushy. I have also worked with Caroline who is amazing and is always there to help. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
The Team at TPC were amazing throughout our first home purchase. Their communication was outstanding and they were super reassuring despite some issues with solicitors. They were an excellent link between us and the sellers and really pushed forward the sale. Their enthusiasm and reliability was a breath of fresh air in a usually stressful process. Thank you!

The sale is still in progress and Georgina Seymour, Richard Coleman and Stephanie Taylor have been very helpful and informative throughout. We sold a previous property through the Hucclecote office and the service was equally good. The staff at Property Centre are all exceptional. This Estate Agency is so professional and reliable. They are efficient and their communication is a 5 star level. Friendly and helpful. We felt very safe in their competent hands. Really pleasant experience with all staff members.
With a very prolonged and tricky chain, Lorna Mills kept progressing and communicating well. We established a great level of understanding and discussions to ensure we got to exchange of contacts. I particular it needed her direct communications approach right through the chain to the bottom, to chase and progress the sale - which could so easily have failed to progress. She had my full support, throughout.
Searching for a home is hard work and stressful but the Property Centre are Making our journey so much easier. I was the sole administrator to sell my parents home in Churchdown Gloucestershire after having some issues with a previous company. I moved to The Property Centre. They have helped support me with some issues as selling is very stressful they have reassured me throughout the whole process. Lorna Mills has kept me informed throughout the whole process.
